I'm no Gu-Ru and I don't pretend to be one but there are many things that I can offer a new comer and even some of the seasoned vets as well. So I try to help people every chanceI get, this is the way that I have built some great relationships. I am a prime example of this for YOU. I did not know you from Adam (--American expression) I musterred up the courage to shoot you an email last year and to my content you and I hit it off straight away (--UK expression). You have offerred an abundance of help to me in various aspects with absolutely no financial gain for yourself. I think we can all learn something from that. As for the JV giveaway, a great suggestion on your part that I chose to follow immediately. It has resulted in a bigger list and lots of exposure.
