Here we go again……
Another post full of excuses as to why I haven’t got much done….lol
OK – we had our November meet up on the 12th, which was a great event as Mandy Allen took over and put on a great workshop that everyone enjoyed and benefited from.
Speaking of which – the December one is close now too – see below for details.

Then I fully intended to get busy last week….but… (;))
I ended up taking time out to help a daughter complete her move, more time out to help my Step Mum with some chorses that were too difficult for her now, and more time out to start the Christmas shopping!
Add to that the usual dose of webinars and work for John Thornhill, updates to my membership sites, starting a new site for Rachel to sell some handmade craft items on, buying a heap of plugins and wso’s that I hope will come in useful sooner rather than later…… and I’m left wondering what to mention in this post

I guess I can start with a mention of Internet Marketing Apprentice and RandysMoreMonthly, as it’s those whom have the new downloads added for members :)

Also worthy of a mention is a freebie video John has just added to his brand new blog – It shows how he has installed and configured his cool looking new blog with a free theme that is certainly flexible!
I’m very tempted myself – but it’ll probably get moved down my priority list… lol
Do feel free to watch the video on John’s blog though, as he even shows you when he messes up – which proves we’re all human….haha

I also spent far too long trying to finish reading an ebook that fascinated me… totally NOT  Internet Marketing… but if you enjoy a fascinating read – check this:
Earths Fobidden Secrets by Max Igan of …..

WARNING, This contains some controvertial information that some wont want to read or believe. Of particular concern is the Sumerian writings section – The Sumerian writings are perhaps the oldest record of an actual civilization that we have any real knowledge of and, through clay tablets, cylinder seals and stele, the Sumerians have provided us with a graphic and richly detailed version of mans early histories including the story of creation, both of the earth and of man. ….

EVEN THOUGH – It has now been universally agreed by both scholars and Theologians alike that the biblical story of creation does indeed have its basis in the Babylonian ‘Enuma Elish’ which itself is undoubtedly an abbreviated versions of the much earlier Sumerian texts. This can be easily confirmed as a great many parallels that can be seen in the Sumerian account when it’s compared to the Babylonian and Christian creation stories. It appears obvious that both of the latter accounts were heavily influenced by the much longer and more detailed Sumerian story.

I’m sure some people will take offence at what theologians and historians believe. So please – if you are a creationist, I’m happy to respect your right to believe whatever you wish, I merely said I thought this was a fascinating read. And yes – I am aware that one archbishop or pope centuries ago said that ‘The Devil came to earth early to duplicate the Bible so that when the bible was written it would look like a copy’… so everyone can feel sound in their own beliefs :)
(If anything – creationists may love parts of this ebook, as it certainly knocks Darwin into touch with some of the Out Of Place Artifacts found over the years! :))

Anyways – You’ve been warned, and I’m only saying I thought it a fascinating read :)
Moving on:

Anyways…. It’s happened – I saw the TV commercials with CocaCola’s Santa and truck with lights… So I’m guessing it really must be nearly Christmas! :)
So if I don’t email again… I better wish all you USA readers a happy thanksgiving :)… as for the rest of us… Do we chill with the Yanks, go Christmas shopping or try and get stuff done before it really is Christmas??
With only 6 weeks left of this year – I figure a bit of everything is in order :)

* A Round Up Of ‘Some of the’ WSO’s I’ve looked at:

Yep – Once you’re in the WSO section of the warrior forum, It’s hard not to notice stuff that seems very useful and really cheap!!
I wonder if anyone remembers the post I did ages ago that said more and more people would be promoting these just to earn comissions?

Well I could list a hundred here quite literally, but rather than jump on the me too bandwagon, I figured I’d just list the ones I’ve bought or am seriously interested in over this last week or so:
Whether they fit with your own business models etc. – I don’t know … hence as usual, I would onbly suggest buying stuff you will actually use!

Here’s a few to check:

My & John’s “7 Key Elements” report for $5 with an upsell to buy the PLR to it :)

John & Daves CB Affiliate Master Software (mentioned last time ;))

52 Weeks of Autoresponder messages for Offline prospects (if you do any work for small business owners building their sites etc. – thsi would be great as a list builder :)

G+ Offline Arsenal =- More for offline stuff :) (can you guess I’ve been focused a lot on adding to my wizardwebservices site…lol)

PennyProduct creator – Only available til the 26th! – Heaps of useful videos showing how to do expensive stuff for cheap or free!!

On Demand Backlinks: Power Posts – Another cool WSO by David Walker – here you get the links to heaps of good PR posts you can get backlinks from!

I also wanted to add Rob Corrigans 12 Roads Blueprints, (Now Added)
(I would suggest that’s a weakness of the WSO pro thing…. at least with clickbank you can promote what you want without having to wait for approval!!…. never mind all the hush hush let’s not mention how many have had their paypal accounts frozen issue that is still a worry with these type of WSO’s) <- Just as well I know I wont make thousands from mentioning these…LOL

OK – I don’t feel so bad now… At least you have a few links to check out, so I haven’t just rambled on and bored you to death :)

Here are a few more I’m adding while I edited Rob’s links above:
These are this weeks WSO’s that I’ve bought or am going to:

WSO Domination (John Thornhills Full On Course)

A Bargain Price for comprehensive training!

WP Instant
I love this – all the pages and plugins easily added
to a WP blog with just a mouse click or two instead
of an hour or two messing about!
And at a great price too!

Take a look at this Drip Fed Blog offer:

Not cheap and I’m still considering it myself
to be blatantly honest…. But it does look so
tempting… especially if you tweak it once it’s
set up
But hey – decide for yourself
It certainly seems to have a lot of potential!

I’d better stop at that or you’ll be telling me
off for spending too much instead of taking action
with what I have bought…lol

  1. RandySmith@InternetMarketingRambles, 21 November, 2011

If you liked the non marketing ebook – do check max’s your tube channel.
I do hope I haven’t offended any one by mentioning that I enjoyed the read!

And do check the freebie video of John’s that I linked to – especially if you need to install a new blog!

  2. Mandy@LearnToBlog, 21 November, 2011

Well that certainly sounds like a very interesting read, Randy. I can totally see why you were so hooked up on it. I do think it’s the sort of book I would really enjoy, so thanks for the summary and the link.

It was great running the workshop, I do hope there are plenty more opportunities like that not only for me but for others who may wish to present something useful to the meetup group. Thank you for giving me the opportunity and thanks to all the attendees for agreeing to be ‘guinea pigs’ while I made a video recording of the session.

    Enjoy the journey.

  3. Keith Purkiss, 21 November, 2011

    HI Randy,

It’s strange, but how ever quickly I get here this ‘RandySmith’ guy always
seems to have left the first comment!

I think we may all get distracted and lose focus at this time of year,
I recommend reading an ebook called The Seven Key Elements ;)

Saturdays have worked out to be bad days this year, but I’ve booked my ticket.
I have a Christmas party the night before but I’m hoping it won’t go
on too late, or I’ll have to sleep on the train there…

  4. RandySmith@InternetMarketingRambles, 21 November, 2011

LOL @ Mandy, That was just one part of the ebook…. heaps more controversy inside ;). And THANK YOU for doing such a great workshop :)

@ Keith.. check your email re your ticket – or listen to the P2S webinar again!…haha
Yep – I think I need to re-read 7 key elements … lol … & yeah – trains are great for sleeping on – provided you set an alarm to wake up before your stop!!!! :)

  5. Dee, 21 November, 2011

    Hi Randy
You can read whatever you like, not everything will suit everyone.
There seems to be a recurring theme here LOL! I have bought …. which I might use in the future????
Seems like I remember that from the last post!!
I love John’s new theme, much better than the one he uses in his coaching programme, and nice he now has his name for his blog. Need to explore it but family health issues keep getting in the way. I need to watch the video.
I would have loved to have been at the meet up, but just not possible.

  6. Barry, 21 November, 2011

    Hi Randy,

Unfortunately I will have to miss the last soiree of the year, if Father Christmas is nice, then the situation will improve next year.

Thanks for those great links, always good value with you my friend,

  7. Barry Wells, 21 November, 2011

    Hi Randy,

I heard the meet up went well and that Mandy gone a great job, fair play to her :)

I switch to the Flexibility theme a couple of months ago, it was easy to do and the theme is so easy to edit and set up exactly as you want it. If anyone is a little unsure of switching themes Nikki Stephens wrote an eBook on it and offers it free from her blog (no optin).

Thanks for the links to the WSO’s, that PennyProduct creator looks interesting. I’ll have a look at that, anything that saves time has got to be worth a look ;)

    Thanks Randy,

  8. zora, 22 November, 2011

  9. Sandra, 22 November, 2011

Randy, you stopped me updating my blog.
As every morning I check my email then update my blog and then go back to any interesting mail.
But this morning I clicked open your mail and came here then thought I would check out the book.

I will just read a few lines then come back to it, Ha ha! my husband yelled out ” Do you want to go down town” I look at the time and an hour has passed, I still haven’t done my blog.

So I have now learned not to open Randy’s email until after updating my blog, LOL!
It is a very interesting book I sent it down to the laptop now my husband is reading it so going to town tomorrow.
    Thank Randy

  10. RandySmith@InternetMarketingRambles, 22 November, 2011

Cheers for the comments guys :)
I’m so glad no one has given me any grief over the controversial ebook yet….lol
And I’m pleased some of those wso’s are being found to be useful.

  11. Lisa, 22 November, 2011

    Hey Randy!!
We’ll let you read whatever you want! It’s all good.

What’s this “chill with the Yanks?” You know how much food I gotta cook? Me? Chill? hah!! It’s all good, I love to cook and especially good ‘ole Thanksgiving food! YUM!!

I really wish y’all could live stream the meet up! It’s really too far for me to go, but I would love to be there! Y’all have such a great time!

Thanks for all your help, I am truly thankful for friends like YOU!!

Have a Happy Chill Day!! :) And God bless!

  12. Katie Woodard @Mixtapes, 22 November, 2011

Thanks for all those WSO’s. I plan on looking into David Walker’s WSO. I just need backlinks, so any WSO’s you see for backlinks I would love to look into them.

  13. Reese, 23 November, 2011

Thank you for posting about the ebook. This is certainly up my alley as I love reading Earth Mysteries and Little Known histories. I am starting on it right now. Hoping it is as good as it sounds. About Santa in the Coca-cola ad. I visited a World War II museum in a little town in the Philippines and they had posters with Santa posing for Pepsi back in the day! Cute.

  14. Des, 23 November, 2011

    Hey Randy, great post.

I’ve just booked up for the meet up, so I’ll see you there :)

  15. Audrey@Best Baby Swing, 23 November, 2011

I find myself interested on what you read. To be honest, I’m not really fond of reading, but I always find myself interested to those reading materials related to our history, as in the history of human civilization. I do hope I get the chance to check that one out. Btw, thanksgiving is fast approaching, I do hope everybody will have a great celebration!

  16. RandySmith@InternetMarketingRambles, 24 November, 2011

Glad people are enjoying the ebook link… it’s certainly something different :)

Looking forward to seeing you at the meet up Des :) – Ticket sales are speeding up now :)

Thanks for sorting it out Randy, I managed to break goto webinars in the middle…

  20. Dee Ann Rice, 28 November, 2011

Thanks for all of the great links. I am going to go and check them out. Unfortunately i am to late for the penny product creator. That one really does sound interesting.

I am going to and check out the backlink one though as I can always use more backlinks.

Take care and have a great week.

  21. Maricela F. Collins, 30 November, 2011

    Hi Randy!

Nice post and links! I have already downloaded the ebook. I’m so excited to read this. I Love controversial books and test if it is true. I will visit the links to the WSO’s after I post this comment. It sounds interesting.

  25. Des, 04 December, 2011

Just wanted to say and big thanks!

I attended your meetup last night (Sat) which was absolutely fantastic.

Managed to meet a few fellow IM’ers and made some great friends in the process.

Your words of wisdom were much appreciated and I took away lots of golden nuggets to help boost my business.

    Cheers Randy.

P.s. I’ll see you at the next one.

  26. RandySmith@InternetMarketingRambles, 04 December, 2011

    Hi Des,

Yeah – it was cool to meet you Saturday :)

I’m glad you got something from the day, as well as making some new friends :)

    See you next time :)

  27. Reed, 07 December, 2011

Hi Randy – another great Ramble!

I shall read up on the Mysteries……. the only thing likely to annoy me is if someone with strong beliefs won’t accept that other people have a right to believe otherwise!

Sorry I wasn’t able to come to Northallerton last weekend, I’m getting used to missing out – Sad!

I watch the Warrior Forum quite a lot and I’m sorry to see the way it’s moved over to such a vortex of self promotion – there are so many WSOs now it’s almost beyond comparison with how it was running even 18 months ago. There’s no doubt that many of the ideas and systems that are sold ARE actually of value, if you use them, but it’s too much like a massive pitch-fest with so much hype it can be difficult to spot which are really useful and which are just dressed up old stuff with a nice little slant added to make it seem MUST-HAVE-ON-THE-EDGE-METHODS.
Too much of it is really for the US market only and doesn’t really work well away from the states.

Thanks for the tips though – I’ve been busy unsubscribing as otherwise it’s overwhelming getting at least a dozen emails every time someone puts up a WSO – it can easily mean 100 emails a day just about “new” stuff in the Warrior Forum!!!!! AAaaaargh – talk about self-perpetuating!

OK, now I need to take a tip from you and my other More Monthly and IMA friends and restart my Blog. The other day I decided to buy the Premium version of Comment Luv (NOT a WSO!) as I have seen the way that the free version works and want to use it as both the Backlinking Tool it can excel at AND an encouragement to myself to get Blogging………

Better go then, though it’s already too late to work any more tonight – haha.

    Yours, John

  28. Tim E Rees, 19 December, 2011

    Hi Randy

Thanks for another great post, (or ramble). I was interested to read through the WSO’s you mentioned, I did see your name on the WF (WSO section) giving a sales funnel type program your recommendation, I can’ remember what it was called but you spoke highly of it. It created a squeeze, sales, download & thank you page. I don’t know if it was a WP based plugin or desktop/online software. If you can remember it, would you pop the name of the porduct as a reply to this reply (if that makes sense :-) )- cheers.

Have a great Christmas and even better New Year – All Best Wishes to You and Yours –

    Take care – Tim

  29. Robert@Best Vacuum 2012, 05 January, 2012

Since I’m still in vacation, I’ll read that ebook that you’ve recommended: Earths Fobidden Secrets by Max Igan. You have raised my interest.

  30. John Clark@Fiverr tips, 13 February, 2012

Very interesting read! free flowing and engaging. History always intrigued me so it was nice to know about Sumerian’s achievements, that priests rattling is expected as these narrow minded zealots cook one excuse after another to justify their blind and narrow beliefs
